Sometimes it takes a few tries to get it right and this necklace is a great example of that. The first version of this piece came into being when Pantone declared Peach Fuzz the color of the year. It wasn’t until this past winter the final flowing version came into being. The stones and the cord colors were always spot on, but the knotting design always felt too heavy, almost clunky for the delicate, subtle colors. Then one day it suddenly flowed with cleaner lighter lines. As the saying goes – “Third time’s the charm” and this necklace includes the charms on the braided cord.
